Une vue plus détaillée du croisement de la crête iliaque (ligne pointillée) par le nerf. L'arche ostéo-aponévrotique est bien visible, limitée en haut par le fascia thoraco-lombaire et en bas par le périoste de la crête (flèche blanche). Le nerf devient superficiel en passant à travers elle.

Vue plus rapprochée. Le fascia thoraco-lombaire est récliné vers le bas. Le croisement de la crête se fait toujours à 7 cm de la ligne médiane.

A closer view. The thoracolumbar fascia is pulled away caudally. The crossing of the crest is always located 7 cm from the midline.

Remarquer le pincement de cette branche postérieure, traduisant la possibilité d'un syndrome canalaire.
