L5). Elle passe ensuite sous le ligament mamillo-accessoire qui
est ici ossifié et volumineux, formant un foramen
mamillo-accessoire, et suit le relief de l'articulation
zygapophysaire (fine flèche noire). L'aiguille est au contact du
ligament ossifié pour montrer qu'il formerait un obstacle à une
rhizolyse.

ligament, which is ossified and large, forming a mamillo-accessory
foramen, and follows the relief of the zygapophyseal joint (fine

demonstrate that it would be an obstacle to a rhizolysis.
