	Vue antérieure droite. Le rameau perforant du nerf sous-costal apparaît après avoir croisé la crête iliaque, entre l'épine iliaque antéro-supérieure en avant et le croisement de la perforante de L1 en arrière. Son trajet est maintenant sous-cutané. Il se dirige vers l'avant et vers le bas pour se terminer en avant du grand trochanter.
This is a right anterior view. The perforating ramus of the subcostal nerve becomes superficial after having crossed the iliac crest, between the anterior and superior iliac spine anteriorly and the crossing of the perforating ramus of L1 posteriorly. Its course is now subcutaneous. It runs anteriorly and caudally, to end anterior to the trochanter.

Vue latérale gauche. Croisement de la crête. La perforante de L1 apparaît entre la crête en bas et l'aponévrose du muscle oblique externe en haut (flèche noire). L'aponevrose blanche est celle du moyen fessier.

Left lateral view. Crossing the crest. The perforating ramus of L1 appears between the crest below and the aponeurosis of the muscle oblicuus externus above (black arrow). The white aponeurosis (under the crest) is the one of the gluteus medius.

Vue antérieure gauche. L'épine iliaque antéro-supérieure est sur la gauche. Le muscle aux fibres verticales est le moyen fessier.

Left anterior view. The antero superior iliac spine is on the left. The muscle with vertical fibers is the gluteus medius.

Sur 17 dissections, nous avons trouvé une fois l'empreinte de l'orifice ostéo-aponévrotique sur le rameau perforant du nerf ilio-hypogastrique (double flèche noire), témoignant de la possibilité d'une neuropathie canalaire à ce niveau.

Out of 17 dissections, we found a case with the mark of the osseoaponeurotic orifice on the perforating ramus of the iliohypogastric nerve (double black arrow), confirming the possibility of an entrapment neuropathy at this level.
